PAYMENT & CONFIRMATION
 
Payment should be made strictly in 12 hours after checking out. We will automatically send an invoice with the details of your order via email.
If you can't transfer and confirm within that time, your orders will automatically expire. You may order again, but we cannot guarantee the availability of our products.
Confirmation (only for Bank Transfer) should be made strictly after you have paid your order. You can make the confirmation easily by clicking on the 'CONFIRM PAYMENT' link. Be sure to keep your order ID so you can confirm your order. You do not need to confirm your payment if you pay with Credit Card or Virtual Account Method. 

 
RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Please note that we do not provide pick up services for returns and exchanges. LITI only provide 7 (seven) days return policy for items purchased online or in-store. To be eligible for a full refund or exchange, items should be returned new, unused, unwashed and with all garment tags still attached with the same packaging that LITI used to send the goods. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered are not accepted. 

 

AGREEMENT AND COMPENSATION

You agree that you will be responsible for your activity in this webstore. If we notice that you were involved in prohibited activities or violations of our Terms and Conditions, we may deny you access to this webstore on temporary or permanent basis. If you violate Terms and Conditions and we take no action against you, we will still be entitled to use our rights in any other situation where you violate the Terms and Conditions. We are not responsible for losses that are not caused by our faults or indirect losses caused by shipping company or force majeure. We will be responsible for your losses only if we violate our Terms and Conditions.
